Planet Earth

Watched a little bit of "Planet Earth" today. This is probably my favorite documentary of all time. Not that I really enjoy documentaries anyway, but if I had to pick a favorite, it would be this one. Why? Let me inform you :)

Number 1: I always wished I could be a photographer or camera (wo)man. The angles that are shown on the documentary make you look at things in a different view and really challenge the way you think about the things that you see. It is so cool to see little insects close up eating their food and their eyes and small intricate bodies.

Number 2: The narrator is British. Enough said.

Number 3: There is a whole section on penguins. And I love penguins.

Number 4: It is really amazing to see the Earth that God Himself created. The Earth is so huge, it's great to see it all being captured by cameras. Although this does not do it justice whatsoever.

Number 5: I feel like a nerd when I watch it, which in turn makes me feel smart.

Happy November, fellas.

Today marks the first day of November! Happy November, fellas. I remember when I wrote my first blog post about lightning bugs in the summer. Those were the good ol' days. I got to wear tank tops and flip flops and have fun with my boys! Now I walk outside and have to run back to my room to grab a jacket and boots. It doesn't bother me, I love being cold.

Im not gonna have any motivation to go to class though, it's just too cold in the morning to walk to class, especially when I'm half asleep. If I skip any more classes, you know where to find me!

Oh and for the next thirty days the boys here will not be shaving. No shave November should be banned.
